Transferring the visa after resigning during the probation period
Dear Sir,
I am working in RAK at a company called [------]. I have resigned after 2 months during the probation period and my visa is Free Zone (RAKEZ RAK PROPERTIES FZE).
It's been 2 weeks, I resigned and I clearly mentioned in my resignation that my last day will be 31 Dec 19, and I am joining another company immediately.
So kindly let me know how I should cancel my visa by myself through the UAE labour, in case they don't cancel it.

Dear Questioner,
It is your right to resign during the probation period without a notice period or as otherwise agreed in the employment contract.
The employer is not entitled to a reimbursement for the visa fees. It is the responsibility of the employer to cancel the visa and follow up on the cancellation.
If the employer refused to start the application, you can submit a complaint against your employer to the RAK Free Zone Authority who can assist you in this matter.
Good Luck.
