Asking for an exit stamping or a visa copy after resignation
Dear sir/madam,
I have resigned within the probation period and my visa is cancelled by the company. Now, they have sent me an email stating:
You can leave the country or change status upto 09-11-2022. You are required to send exit stamping in case you leave the country or visa copy in case you arrange visa for yourself.
Do I need to submit the above documents?

Regarding your inquiry, if the company has cancelled your visa upon either termination or your resignation, they have to be sure that you have either left the country or started new employment so that they can ensure you are not their responsibility anymore.
For example, if you overstay in the UAE, your previous employer would be liable even if you have resigned.
Once you provide either of these documents, the company can get back the deposit that they have put down when they employed you (money paid to immigration for your visa).
