Holding the EOSB by the bank after changing jobs
Hello,
I have a loan with a local bank and I just changed the job with a better package.
But unfortunately, the new company is not listed with the bank and my EOSB is on hold. In that context
1) My new company is listed in an international bank. Can I arrange a direct debit option?
2) Can my existing bank deduct the upcoming EMI from EOSB's?
3) Will there be a travel ban if my payments are regular to the bank?
I have a loan but not transferring my salaries.
Dear Questioner,
You can get your EOSB released once you provide the bank with your new salary certificate.
Further,
1. Yes, you can use a direct debit option form the new bank to pay off your loan.
2. Yes, your existing bank can deduct the upcoming EMIs from your EOSB.
3. If you are paying your EMI on time, there will not be any travel ban
