How to sue the bank which falsely accused me based on forged documents?

Q: The Bank filed a false case against me and when I visited the bank's legal team I found that all my documents were forged and the loan was processed. I suffered in jail for one day and then the case was withdrawn by the bank. How to demand an explanation and compensation from the bank? Am I eligible to sue the bank? I'm currently financially weak and would like to pay the lawyer fees after getting any compensation. I have proof of forged documents.

Can I claim compensation if I've been falsely accused of a crime?

Q: There was a criminal complaint made against me and my husband and both of our passports were held by the public prosecution. After 8 months of investigations, the public prosecution has now only charged my husband and has released my passport. Can I open a case against the complainant for the harassment that I faced for 8 long months and mental trauma that I went through? My request for releasing my passport by substituting someone else's was also rejected 4 times without giving any reason within this period and I could not travel even though my child and my mom were unwell.

Checking the status of a case after losing the checkbook

Q: Assalamo Alaikum, How are you, sir? Last year, I had a case in Sharjah because someone put a cheque case against me. I complained about the loss of my checkbook before that. I refused the charge in court and the other party didn't come on 4 hearings so the court released me without any guaranty. Now I want to check the status of that case and close it as I need to travel to my country after finishing my visa. Can you guide me on this matter? Thanks!

What can I do if my creditor used my blank cheque to put an amount more than my unpaid balance?

Hi, I have issued a blank cheque for my EMI, and now the company is using my blank cheque and putting any amount to deposit it.
