Replacement of brand new car from the authorized dealer
Hi,
I just want to know if I have the right to demand car replacement. I have bought a brand new car and found out that I have been cheated and scammed as they have sold me a defective car.
There is a service done before I took the car. Scratches, recall and engine error twice and was driven only for 141 km, yet there are errors.

I would like to clarify this point. You can claim for the replacement of the car.
In the event of failure to reach a solution with the Car Authorized Dealer, you can file a complaint at the Department of Consumer Protection in the Ministry Of Economy.
After that, the department will ask the dealer to replace the car with a new one or return the money in accordance with the law.
In the event no solution can be reached, the Ministry of Economy will refer the matter to the competent court.
