Resigning during the probation period

Hi,

I'm working in a coffee shop as a barista since 1 month ago and in this company, my manager is harassing me.

He is deducting my salary for small issues and trying to say that I am still in the probation period and everything is in his hand.

So now I'm depressed to work here anymore. Can I resign from my job and go back to my home country?

It all depends on your employment contract. Normally, you can resign during the probation period.

In monetary terms, how much I have to pay usually?

Because my salary is just 1000 basic and 300 for allowance plus 2 hours of overtime weekly off.

Overall I get around SAR1500.
