إنني أعمل لدى إحدى المقاهي بصفتي مقدم طلبات منذ شهر، وأتعرض للمضايقة من جانب مديري هناك.

إنه يخصم من راتبي بسبب مشاكل صغيرة ويخبرني دائمًا أنني ما زلت في فترة الاختبار وأن كافة الأمور تسير وفقًا لتقديره وحدة.

It all depends on your employment contract. Normally, you can resign during the probation period.

In monetary terms, how much I have to pay usually?

Because my salary is just 1000 basic and 300 for allowance plus 2 hours of overtime weekly off.
