Does paying the fine for a bounced cheque substitute imprisonment and travel ban?
Hi.
If my rental cheque has bounced and I paid the fine in my primary case, do I get a jail term after that?
Can I travel to my home country?

After 4th of December, and subject to the conditions, there won't be a jail term but a payment of fine for a bounced cheque.
However, in order to recover the money, the Landlord will file a civil case. You cannot travel if a case is registered, as a travel ban will be requested.
