Liability for bounced cheque of work paid accomodation

Got a question.
My company is responsible for paying for my accommodation as it's listed in my work contract.
However, the apartment leasing contract is under my name and the 4 cheques are paid by my company.
One cheque was bounced 4 months ago (the landlord sent us an email asking to pay for it and the company promised to do but couldn't).
In 1 week, the last cheque will get bounced too, due to insufficient funds and financial problem in the company. Adding to this, I got terminated last week.
Can the landlord file a case against me (how much time it takes, would I receive a travel ban)? Or will they deal ONLY with the company?
I can't pay anything from my side so would they ask me to leave the apartment immediately?
Can I take my furniture out or they have the right to keep it?
What is the worst consequence that can happen to me?

It appears that the tenancy contract is in your name. Who is the signatory on the cheques?
If you are also the signatory on the cheques, you are responsible for the criminal case i.e. to be in jail or pay fine depending on the amount of the total bounced cheques.
Separately the landlord can certainly file a case against you in the Rent Dispute Committee to evict you.
You will be evicted only after the RDC execution, but it is important that you attend the court hearings if a case in RDC is filed against you.
The travel ban and other proceedings will only be instituted after execution of the RDC order. Until execution is finalised, you can remove anything you need from the apartment.
There are 2 key issues here, the first is who signed the cheques and the second who is the tenancy contract name in.
