Hi,

The time it takes to obtain an enforceable judgment from Abu Dhabi courts depends on various factors:

- Is the case disputed? I.e will the opponent be strongly defending the case?

- Does it involve technical complexities which require the appointment of an expert?

- Is the opponent's address known? If yes, is the opponent still in the country?

- Will the case go to appeal or court of cassation?

On average, court cases in Abu Dhabi take anywhere from 4 months to 12 months for the issuance of a final judgment.

Regards,
Ahmed Odeh
