Can you please advise me what is the difference between the limited and unlimited period contracts?

The main difference between the limited and unlimited contracts is that the limited contract is not - at any time - subject to termination by any of the parties whether the employer or the employee and in case of termination/resignation the party who defaulted shall be liable for compensation amounting to the remaining period of the contract with a cap of three months salary.
However, in the unlimited contract both parties can terminate the contract at any time subject to providing sufficient notice period - as stipulated in the contract - in addition to valid reason for resignation/termination.
