Do I need to give my employer a notice for nonrenewal of an unlimited contract?
Dear Sir,
This is my second unlimited contract with my current employer, and it is due for renewal. My employer wants to renew, but I do not wish to renew.
Do I need to give my employer 30 days' notice, or can I let the contract expire and move on?
Your time and reply are highly appreciated.

Dear Questioner,
A limited contract expires automatically as soon as the period specified in the contract expires. No notice is required.
As for the unlimited contracts, a notice of not less than 30 days and not more than 90 days must be given according to what is agreed upon in the contract, since these contracts are considered automatically renewed.
