Following up the execution of a labour case to get dues
Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I have a labour case in Dubai Court and won the case. I have also done filing the execution.
I was informed that the court already put a block on my employer's name. Until now, I haven't received my money and this case is since June 2017.
I am still waiting and no idea when I will get my money.
Please help.

Dear Sir,
Regarding your query, we would like to explain that the arrest order which is given by the execution judge to arrest the manager of the company is an enforcement process against the company, to execute the judgment which is against them.
In fact, if the manager has already left the country or he's still hiding and has not been in a situation to be caught by the police, the payment will remain pending till he shows up or gets caught by the police.
