The procedure of execution after getting a labor case judgement
I have got a labour case judgement favourable to me. I have filed execution and published in the newspaper. The employers are one Emirati and one Jordanian.
They are not responding to the execution procedure. The local employer has personal properties, bank account...etc.
Is it possible to file attachment for their personal properties?
What has to be done to issue an arrest warrant and a travel ban?
Dear Questioner,
With reference to your inquiry, kindly be informed that:
1. You need to summon the employer with the execution proceedings and grant them a period of 15 days to pay.
2. If the said period has elapsed, then you shall submit various requests to multiple authorities, such as RTA, DED, Banks, DLD...etc., to inquire about the company's assets.
Whenever you get to reach something, you can seize/attach it immediately.
3. You shall also submit a request to the execution judge so as to issue an arrest order against the company's manager, as well as making sure that he is banned from travelling.
All of the above, provided that the 15 days period has elapsed.
