How can an employee execute a labor case judgment?
Hi,
My ex-employer (DMCC company) refused to pay my salary and end of service which led to me file a court case against them. I won the case in the 1st court and appeals court which led me to go ahead with the execution.
I have managed to get their trade license blocked however they are still functioning.
As they do not have a name board, I was told by Al Adheed that I cannot put the request to the court to seal their office.
Finally, I went ahead with the manager arrest request, which got rejected. I’m not sure why this happened as I won the case!
Could you kindly let me know what I can do from here?

There are following steps to the trade license blockage such as inquiry on their bank accounts, vehicles, any real estate they own, attachment on the movable assets in their office, request the manager to attend before court and guide to the company assets.
