Child support case and travel ban against the father

What is the timeframe of a child support case + moral damage case?

And will my husband be able to travel out of the UAE once the case is filed? Can he run away?

Usually, a case for child support, alimony, moral damages and/or divorce takes from 6 to 9 months. And no, the husband will not be banned from travelling during the proceedings of the case.

However, if you win the case and file the execution case and the husband did not pay whatever amount was stated in the judgment, he will be banned from travelling until he pays this amount.

On the other hand, please send me an email/message to discuss this further as these types of cases have a very special set of procedures that must be followed depending on nationality, religion, the current status of the marriage, the age of children...etc.
