Termination of an indefinite employment contract by resignation

Good day!

I would like to ask about the early cancellation process of my unlimited contract.

I got hired last February of this year and I am planning to submit my cancellation notice within this year, but I will complete my 1 yr of service.

Would I be obliged to pay any visa cancellation with the company because I am under an agency and my salary is coming from the company not directly from the client?

I am a full-time cleaner/housemaid.

Hoping for your positive response!

Thank you.

Dear Questioner,

I wish you at the beginning to succeed in finding a job that suits you.

As for your current business, you have the right to cancel the contract at any time, but you have to make a notice to the company first at least thirty days or according to the period agreed in the contract of work not to be less than thirty days.

During the notice period, you have the right to take your salary in full but you have to perform your full work tasks during this period.

I hope that I will inform you

With regards,

Thank you so much with your immediate response.

Yes, I will be sending a 3 months notice letter to the company. Along with that, I will complete 1 year of service.

I would like to know if for the cancellation there would be any payment and what's the maximum payment for any early cancellation.

Thank you so much, Mr Mossa.

You have the right to cancel the contract at any time before complete one year.

But, you should make a notice to the company first at least thirty days or according to the period agreed in the contract of work.

If you do notice within the specified period there will be no fines.
