إنهاء عقد عمل غير محدد المدة عن طريق الاستقالة
طاب يومك!
أود أن أسأل عن إجراءات الإنهاء المبكر لعقد عمل غير محدد المدة.
لقد تم توظيفي في شهر فبراير الماضي من هذا العام وأخطط لتقديم إشعار إنهاء الخدمة الخاص بي خلال هذا العام، ولكنني سأكمل عامي الأول في العمل.
هل سأكون مُلزمة بدفع أي مصاريف تتعلق بإلغاء التأشيرة للشركة لأنني تابع لأحد الوكالات وأحصل على راتبي من الشركة وليس من العميل مباشرةً؟
أنا أعمل عاملة / خادمة منزلية بدوام كامل.
