Q: Hi Mr Hari,
Hope you're doing well.
I would like to ask if I'm obliged to pay my employer before I can leave the company. I'm currently employed in a free zone company in Al Qouz for 3 months, and I'm still in the probationary period.
I would like to resign because I got another job and also I'm not comfortable with the environment; that's why I look for another opportunity. Now, my employer would like me to pay a sum of AED 5250.
This fine, is it for the visa and Emirates ID? And do I really need to pay them that amount?

Q: Hi.
I had been working in Dubai for a certain LLC company for more than 5 years and recently resigned.
When I got the cheque for my dues I noticed in the calculation that they deducted visa expenses from it.
Is this correct?

Q: I am working as a trainee for an LLC company in Dubai since May 13, 2018, but I received my appointment letter as sales coordinator on June 2, 2018.
I got my company visa only in Aug 2018. Until August, I was working on my visit visa, since the company asked me to do so. Now, I am under 6 months probation period.
My job designation on the visa is Sales Executive even though I was appointed as Sales Coordinator. I want to quit my job desperately since I am unable to handle the work pressure.
I am handling the sales coordinator as well as executive job and office jobs at the same time, but I still didn't finish my probation period. My employment contract is unlimited.
So will I get a ban or am I supposed to pay visa expenses to the company if I resign before the completion of my probation period?
Will I have to serve notice period if I resign? Also, what will happen if I am terminated?
Please answer.

أنا تزوجت في أبو ظبي ولدي عقد زواج إماراتي، وأنا سويدية الجنسية وهو أردني الجنسية والشهود على عقد الزواج ساكنين في أبو ظبي.
وبعد اكتشافي أنه مريض منذ الولادة وتم خداعي من الأهل وهدف الزواج الاستغلال من أجل الجنسية وهو يلعب القمار والكثير من الأسباب الشرعية، طلبت الطلاق وتطلقت في السويد برضى الطرفين.
لكنني لم أحصل على المؤخر. هل يحق لي المطالبة بالمؤخر وأنا أعيش في بلد آخر وما هي الإجراءات في هذه الحالة؟

تبعات تخلف المستأجر عن إخطار عدم تجديد العقد قبل انقضائه 0
انتهى عقد مستأجر لمحل تجاري يقع بعجمان في 31/05/2019.
لم يجدد العقد حتى الآن وطلبت منه أن يجدد العقد لكنه رفض وقال أنه سيُخلي المحل خلال فترة قصيرة، قلت له ستدفع الإيجار عن المدة الإضافية لكنه رفض.
ما العمل؟ وهل يحق لي إجباره على الدفع؟

تعثر بسداد قرض وأثره على عائلة المتعثر 0
السلام عليكم
أخذت قرض بقيمة 100 ألف درهم إماراتي في يونيو الماضي 2018 بنظام سداد 2757 درهم شهريا لمدة 48 شهر.
للأسف، بعدها بشهرين تم فصلي من عملي وإعادتي إلى بلدي ولم أعطَ حتى فرصة البحث عن عمل حيث أن جوازي وهويتي كانا مع إدارة الموارد البشرية لصاحب العمل.
المهم استمريت في دفع الأقساط وعملت توكيل لأحدهم لعمل سداد مبكر. البنك يطالبني بدفع 80 ألف درهم، علماً أن المستحق هو الأصل وفوائد السنة الاولى أي حوالي 108 آلاف درهم إماراتي.
سؤالي هو:
1- لدي أسرة بالإمارات. هل يمكن أن يتأذوا في عملهم أو أن يمثلوا للقضاء إن تخلفت عن دفع ما يزيد عن 108 آلاف وهي القيمة الفعلية التي ينبغي علي دفعها (الأصل وسنة فوائد)؟
2- ما هي العقوبة القانونية إن لم أدفع سوى المبلغ المذكور آلاف وهي القيمة الفعلية التي ينبغي علي دفعها (الأصل وسنة فوائد) وتخلفت عن باقي المبلغ المطلوب؟
