Probation in Bahrain

I am working for my present company without signing any contract with the company. I'm working in this company for more than 2 months. And they applied for my visa only this month October 9, 2017.

I really don't know if I'm under probation during that 2 months that I'm working in this company. And I want to leave this work for some reason.

Is there anything I can do legally about it?

Hi,

As per the labour law of Bahrain, the probation period is 3 months. During the probation employer and employee can terminate the employment relationship by one-day written notice.

I cannot comment regarding what you can do because I am not aware what contract your employer has submitted or you have signed.
