Resignation during the probation period and consequences

I would like to ask a question regarding the probation period.

I have joined the company last February 23, 2019, and planning to resign on end of May 30, 2019.

I would like to know if this is still counted in the probation period and if not, do I need to pay any amount like visa even I was locally hired?

Generally, the probation is of 3 months (unless extended as given in law).

It seems like you are going to resign after the end of probation and in that case you have to abide by notice period.

However, if you will resign earlier (before 23 May), you can resign with one day notice.

Visa fees need not be paid. It is prohibited by the law.
