العواقب المترتبة على عدم دفع شيكات الإيجار

هناك نزاع بيني وبين مالك العقار السابق على الإيجار بقيمة 40000 درهم ولقد لجأ إلى مركز فض المنازعات الإيجارية.

ما زلت غير قادر على الدفع له رغم أنني تفاوضت لجدولة المبلغ.

الآن، لقد قدم للمحكمة شيكًا بدون رصيد أيضًا.

ما هي الإجراءات القانونية الجنائية والمدنية المتبعة في هذا الشأن؟

إذا ذهبت إلى الشرطة ودفعت الغرامة التي تقررها المحكمة، هل يمكن تسوية هذا الأمر ورفع المنع من السفر؟

See, if you pay the fine, the ban will be removed.

But there is still the civil case which they can also ask to ban you and you will pay the amount they asked to the court.
