Settlement before the labor court and dismissing the case
Greetings,
I have filed a case against my previous employer for not clearing my outstanding salary/end-of-service pay.
This was done through my labour complaint being transferred to the courts.
However, my employer has agreed to pay the same & I would like to know how I could withdraw the case if they do so.
Would there be any extra charges or consequences of my cancellation of the case?
Your help is greatly appreciated.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Thank you for reaching out to me on this.
Please note that you will have first to enter into a settlement agreement with the company.
Thereafter, you will have to state to the court (via an application) that parties intend to settle the case.
Upon submitting the settlement agreement into court, the court will dismiss the case as settlement.
You will not face any charges on this.
Regards,
