How to speed up a pending bounced cheque case with the police

I filed a case of a bounced cheque at the police station in Bur Dubai last June 2017, but until now there's no action taken. What should I do to speed up this case?

You need to follow up and obtain the bank letter of the returned cheque as per the procedure.

Thereafter, the police will investigate and transfer the matter to public prosecution if they fail to arrest the accused.
