What is the procedure to recover a bounced cheque money after the criminal case?

Dear All,

I had filed a bounced cheque case two years ago for the amount AED 1025,000 against the person but no recovery has been made and the person is still in the UAE.

What should I do against him to recover my payment?

Dear Questioner,

A criminal case for the bounced cheque is not the legal method for the recovery of money.

To recover your money, you will have to file a civil case against the said person or company as applicable.

You can call us on the phone for more details.

Regards.

Dear Client,

Good day!

Yes, we need to file order on a petition against them for the detailed amount of the cheque and then we get the judgement and file execution against them.

Please provide the details of the person if you have or else we can check in Immigration if he is inside the country. If so, we will continue with the procedure of execution against him and arrest him.

For further assistance, please feel free to contact us our phone or send us an email.

Thank you.
