Refund of payment after project suspension company closure
I booked a unit with a developer and I paid 14%. Later on, I knew that the project is on hold and the company is closed.
What actions should be taken from my side to get my money back and how long it will take?

Have you tried to ask the company representatives to return your payment?
If they have not provided you with a solution or have not been responsive, I would advise that you send them a Legal Notice to claim back the amount you have paid.

You can claim against the company in the land department, then you need to file a case at the court.
