Labour case court fees and exemption from payment

May I ask if there are criteria for having court fees?

Some of my colleagues didn't pay the fees in other courts such as Abu Dhabi and Dubai courts.

Will the case be affected if we did not pay the fees?

The thing is we have insufficient funds because our employer did not give our salaries.

This non-payment of labour case fees is from an article in the labour law.

So it's possible that the judge approves it depending on your financial situation.
