Procedure for waiving the court fees in a labour case

The Tawafouq centre transferred my case to the court and they gave me papers to submit in Al Adhid centre. When I went there for the submission of my paper, they took all the papers and made a file for my case.

They asked me to pay the court fee of AED 6635 to register my case in the court, but I don't have money because my company did not give me a salary for the last 4 months.

I want to know if I can pay the court fee after the judgment or its necessary to pay the court fee first then your case will be registered.

Please explain; my total amount is 131665.

Dear questioner,

You can request them that you will pay the court fees after the court judgement.

You can provide your last 6 months bank statement and request for a waiver in court fees.

Kindly contact us on the phone for a detailed discussion or write to us at our email for further assistance.

If we go to the bank and ask for a salary statement, will they give us easily or I have to give some kind of document to them or some money?
