Credit card case and possibility of a travel ban

Dear Sir,

I am a Dubai resident. I didn't pay my credit cards outstanding amount from last December 2018 onwards.

Actually one of my friends took from my card these amounts and he told me he will return back, but he cheated me. Now he told me he will sell his land in India and give me back.

But I want to know what are the legal problems which will come to me because I have to go to my home country (India) in August 2019 for my brother's marriage.

Everyday the bank people are calling and threatening me. I want to know if I will go to prison and all because my family is staying with me in the UAE.

And please tell me if the court calls me, how much fine do I have to pay?

I will mention my outstanding amounts below: Bank 1-45000, Bank 2 -24000, Bank 3 -10000.

Will there be any travel ban?

Hello Sir,

Regarding those amounts, you will only pay penalties because your amounts are less than AED 200000.

But if a criminal case is filed against you, they will block your name at the system so you can't travel until you pay the penalties and get the release paper. And so they remove your name.
