Please note that in the event you are arrested by the police, you will be referred to the public prosecution that may or may not release you on bail.

The only option available to avoid all this confusion is to settle the debt by negotiating with the bank.

Further, regarding the visa, you will be able to renew despite the existence of a matter pending against you before the Public Prosecution.
