What are the most important factors in child custody cases in the UAE if both parents are Emirati?

What is the best way of preparing for court i.e. what would the lawyers/ judges need?

If the mother initiated the divorce does that put her at a disadvantage?

Children: boy 21, girl 19, girl 16, boy 12. What are the most important factors the court looks at when deciding on custody and till what age?

Dear Sir/Madam,

The main issue that the judge is taking care in the custody (The best conditions and the intersection for the kids).

However, the custody age is 13 to the girl and 14 to the boy, but we can ask the judge to extend it based on some conditions and facts proving that it's better for the son or daughter.
