Further to your query, please be informed that you have right to custody of the child until she reaches the age of 13 years.

After exceeding this age limit, you can still claim your child custody. Apart from the child custody, you have the right to maintenance and many other ancillary relief rights.

We further suggest you execute an agreement, which is generally termed as "settlement agreement", for clearly describing your rights.

This Agreement is recognised by Dubai Courts, so you will be quite safe after its execution.
