Intimation from Police regarding a cheque bounce case

The holder of the ID No. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX has been circulated. The concerned person is kindly requested to refer to Muraqqabat Police Station as soon as possible.
Got this SMS from Dubai Police, what does that mean and what actions may be taken if I reach the police station. There is one cheque bounce case on me.
