My husband was called by CID and came positive for a drug test in October and was released after 2 days without meeting the Prosecutor. Now our first hearing with the Public Prosecution is coming on Monday. Can the Prosecutor order a jail term? I do not need mobile numbers for contact, I need genuine answers. He is a first-time offender.
