Madam,

I have one credit card in a UAE bank from 2015.

I was paying the minimum instalment continuously every month but for 5 months, my salary is delayed.

I want to know what action can the bank take against me.

Dear Questioner,

The bank can submit the security cheque and if it gets bounced, they can file a criminal complaint against you in the police station.

Since you have not mentioned the amount, I would like to assume that the amount is less than 200k, and the bank is in the Emirate of Dubai.

In that case, the punishment would be a fine of any amount less than AED 10k.

The outstanding amount is AED 60,000.

So just advise me please, if they'll submit a case, what do I have to do to finish that case?
