What to expect when you fail to pay credit card dues

Hi,

I have a credit card loan and credit card debt with an amount of AED 26000. Unfortunately, I'm not in a situation to fulfil the payment for the last 3 months.

How can I deal with this legally? If I avoid paying the debs, what will be the consequences?

The bank is not being flexible on this.

Z.

Dear Z.,

Once you default on 3 or more than 3 payments, the bank can file a criminal case against you any time. But definitely we can assist you in this case.

Kindly contact us on the phone for a detailed discussion or write to us at our email for further assistance.

Dear Z.,

I would suggest you reach a settlement with the bank, explaining them your bad financial situation, providing proof in this way and requesting them to reschedule your payment plan.

In case they are not willing to reach any settlement, the only option for you is to pay the amount, otherwise, they will file a criminal complaint against you.

Hi Dear,

If you fail to clear the debt, the bank will present your security check for collection and they will go with legal procedings.
