Labour complaint for the non-payment of leave entitlements
I am M. A. from Ras al Khaimah.
My employer doesn't give my final settlement and visa cancellation more than the last 3 months I am sitting in my room.
Suppose I file a case against my employer for my total settlement of AED 24000, how much is your commission and how long will it take?
I need this urgently.

Please file a labour complaint in the Ministry of Labour by dialling 80060. They will help you to have an amicable settlement with your employer and also with regards to the cancellation of your visa.
If the above procedure fails, the settlement centre itself will refer the matter to the court.
