Labour dispute for the non-payment of salaries

Hi Sir

My company has filed a complaint against me in Police on the 5th of September but they stopped my duty on the 31st of May. They did not pay my salary from May to September.

Can I file a labour case and will let me sit free in a room till the court decision?

Please, advise if I can file a labour case.

You are in a position to file a labour case immediately and claim your unpaid salaries.

We need to know what is the reason behind filing a case before the police, and if this is related to your unpaid salary.

They blame me that I got money in my statement more than my salary, and they accused me of embezzlement without providing any proof.

It was my own money and I have all the documents with me that I can present to the court.

That shall be a different case the court will rule.

Meanwhile, you can immediately file a labour case claiming your unpaid salaries.

However, the labour court might suspend the case as long as the criminal case is still open, as I can see a connection between both cases.

My last working day was 31st may 2018 and they filed a complaint in the Police only on the 5th of September.

For June, July and August they let me wait in a room but no salaries, no update, nothing.

I sent them emails also for an update but no reply. So only on the 5th of September, they filed a case.

So can I claim for June, July and August only since 31st May 2018?
