How can I recover my money with a hold on my account due to a remitting bank request?
Q: Hello experts, I have a hold on my bank account even though I have shared all the requested documents with the bank proving that the money belongs to me. However, they keep insisting that the remitting bank requested a recall. Today, I received a notice of account closure from my bank. When I inquired about the amount on hold, I was informed that only the available balance will be issued via a manager`s check. The issue has been ongoing for almost 5 months now. Any advice on how to get my money back, please?

Q: My husband has stopped paying the rent of my home and stopped paying the fees for my daughter`s education. I started a marital amicable reconciliation lawsuit which is under consideration. I also registered a Petition on Order, and the court ordered that my husband should provide a home for me immediately. The court tried to phone my husband but he did not pick up the phone since he is working in Saudi Arabia. Question A) How do I enforce the order that I received? Should I go to the police station? How do I get money from the UAE assets and accounts of my husband? Question B) Are orders and verdicts of Dubai Courts executable in Saudi Arabia? Does my release from the police mean the complainant dropped the case?
Q: Dear Lawyers, I was detained yesterday at Al Barsha Police Station regarding a complaint against me for theft. I was released this afternoon. The police told me I am released, but they didn`t give me any paperwork. My relatives went to the police station, and they were informed that I am "clear" and released. I checked the Dubai app with my case number, and there is no judgment date, session number, or prosecution date. Does this mean the complainant dropped the case and the travel ban is lifted?

Obtaining a copy of the partnership agreement and canceling a blocked partner visa
Q: Good day, I would like to know where I can get a copy of the partnership agreement, as the acting partner/manager has not provided us with one. He has all the access. Additionally, how can I cancel my partner visa? I hold a 49% share, another lady also holds 49%, and the acting partner/manager holds 2%. The trade license expired three years ago, in 2022. I went to Amer, and they said they can’t cancel the card because it is blocked. My grace period already finished on August 18, 2024, and I have incurred fines. I met with a local agent, and she asked for 3000 AED from each of us two partners to cancel the visa. As of now, I only want to cancel my visa and work peacefully for the company. Can the landlord freeze my bank account after a judge approved my payment plan?
Q: Hi, I have a rental case in Sharjah, and I appealed for a 30% down payment and 6 installments. The Honorable Judge approved my request, and I have a copy of the order. However, at the same time, the landlord approached the court and obtained another order to seize my bank accounts. My bank account is now frozen, and I can`t receive my salary. Is this proper procedure? Is it possible for two orders to be passed in a single case?
