What can I do if I resign during probation and the employer asks for compensation?
Q: Hi, I am now serving my notice period in the company in my probation period. However, they are asking me for a 7000 fee which I am not aware of. I was told that I agreed to this and signed the contract which is not true. I repeatedly requested a copy of my contract for months, yet I have not received any. Due to the lack of response, I checked the contract through the app and found that it was electronically signed. I do not recall signing this contract, nor did I receive any digital copy to sign. Initially, I earned some money, but two days later, someone transferred the amount I earned to my bank account. How can I recover my money with a hold on my account due to a remitting bank request?
Q: Hello experts, I have a hold on my bank account even though I have shared all the requested documents with the bank proving that the money belongs to me. However, they keep insisting that the remitting bank requested a recall. Today, I received a notice of account closure from my bank.
