Q: Hello, I`m currently on a probation period. However, since the environment is toxic, I have decided to resign. I also agreed to pay for the visa costs incurred. What can I do if the landlord has not been responding to renew the commercial lease contract and Ejari?
Q: Good day. For the last 3 years, the landlord`s office has not responded to renew the contract, so I contacted RERA for renewal. The office doesn`t respond to emails related to renewal, even though I started sending emails and reminders 2 to 3 months before expiry, and I have no choice but to contact RERA and send a notice. Once the renewal was processed by law, the landlord`s office delayed in releasing the Ejari. Since it is a commercial property, my renewals are related to a staff visa, and I have to pay delay penalties. The landlord`s office staff tried to take advantage of the Emirati owner, and no direct meeting was fruitful. What is the law that safeguards expats and sorts out issues without mutual compromise as they try to force their terms to be acceptable by law and not supported by any documentation?

Can I sue overseas app developers for misconduct and website deletion?
Q: Hello, I want to create a legal case against my mobile app developers who sabotaged my business and mobile apps, failed to deliver a good product, and, despite that, had the audacity to ask for a bonus. When I refused, they deleted my websites twice (two different projects and sites, with months between each incident). I want to pursue legal action with someone experienced in technology-related cases. The developers are freelancers hired via an online marketplace for freelancers (Upwork). Everything is legally documented, including WhatsApp messages clearly showing evidence of their sabotage, as well as some logs from GoDaddy related to the web and app development. Thank you!+3

Q: My wife was pregnant and gave birth in the first week of her seventh month. The company she works for refused to give her leave when she requested it before giving birth, claiming that work required it and that she was still in her sixth month. Now the company she works for is refusing to pay her full salary and is offering to pay only half her salary. Do they have the right to do this? Q: Hello, I`m from the Philippines, working here for 15 years. I have a big problem, and they have repeatedly given me a case of a cheque worth AED 73,000 for almost 9 years. Recently, they filed a case again after knowing that my case was done last October. This cheque is a guarantee cheque only for my 5-year monthly car installments. I paid for almost 2 years and have 3 years left to be paid, but I gave the person who guaranteed my car a cheque worth AED 73,000 at that time. I don`t have enough requirements to get the 5-year monthly installment car, so I asked someone to help me, but my biggest mistake is that I don`t have any agreement for this cheque because I totally trust him as my family. After delaying payment for 2 months because I went on vacation and came back, he asked me to visit their shop. When I went, they just called me and told me to get his things.+2

Q: Hi I`m a nanny, and at the same time, I work as a housemaid (khadama) here in the house. I work, but as I know, the nannies and housemaids have different rights, and my employer doesn`t give me rest. My work starts at 7:30 am and then finishes at 10 pm or less.
