Your MOHRE contract date is 5 days after your termination. So no gratuity will be entitled. What do actual labor laws say? 1. Gratuity - they take MOHRE date. But the joining date is only to be calculated, am I correct? 2. Without written warning or notification, they cannot terminate me on the same day. The reason is due to no sales generated. 3.
