At the end of my two-year term, when should I stop working? Should I go by the Emirates ID expiry date or the contract end date?
They don’t match, and I don’t want to renew.

Can employer force me to work after contract ends if the visa is still valid?
Q: Greetings,
My labor contract expires on August 22, 2023. I submitted a notice of non-renewal on August 7.
However, my boss said that I need to continue going to work because my Emirates ID indicates that my visa expires on October 12.
She threatened to take me to court if I do not comply. Which one should I follow?

My tenant was supposed to vacate the property on 15th April 2025 as per the contract.
Now he is not answering the phone, and the property is still in use.
Please guide the way forward. I have already rented the property to a new tenant.
