Q: Dear Team,
I am reaching out for legal assistance regarding a serious privacy violation and defamation incident caused by a debt collection agent.
The agent shared my photo and personal financial details with third parties, including local leaders and members of my community in India, causing significant damage to my reputation and that of my family.
They state that I am on a huge bank debt and it’s going to legal case now, which has led to humiliation and mental distress for my family and me.
Key details:
1. Debt Amount: 8,000 AED
2. Evidence: Screenshots, voice notes, and phone numbers of the individuals involved in sharing my information.
3. Outcome: Loss of reputation in my home city and even within my wife’s family because there was a rumor that I am in jail
I want to pursue legal action to hold the responsible parties accountable for their unlawful actions.
Kindly let me know how I can proceed.

أود أن أسأل ما إذا كان بإمكان شركة التمويل رفع قضية مدنية بمبلغ أقل من 5000 درهم إماراتي.
هل يحق لطرف ثالث تحصيل الأموال لشركة تمويل أخرى رغم أن الشركة مغلقة ومضايقة أي شخص حتى لو لم يكن على صاحب العمل أي مسؤولية تجاههم؟
أرجو النصيحة لأن الكثير من الناس يعانون نفسياً وذهنيًا بسبب سوء سلوكهم وأخطائهم.

My neighbors on the upper floor are causing noise throughout the day, almost 24/7. They keep dragging furniture, dropping heavy objects, and slamming doors.
The property manager was not very helpful, and I cannot sleep or take power naps. I sleep when they do and wake up when they wake up.

How can I renew my Ejari if the landlord hasn’t signed the new contract?
Hi,
I have been here for 3 years now and paid the increased amount (as per the agreement) for the 4th year.
However, the landlord did not send me back the signed contract, although I have both made the payment for the full year via bank transfer and sent my signed contract to him.
I need to renew my Ejari; however, how can I do it without the landlord's signature?
I have all the previous contracts signed by both parties, along with the Ejari for those contracts.

The owner of the property I’m renting has sent me an eviction notice so he can sell the property. According to the notice, I am required to leave. My questions are:
1. If the owner rents the property again, how can I obtain the new Ejari as proof that the property has been rented?
2. Do I have the right to ask for compensation? On what basis is compensation determined?
3. I currently have a signed tenancy contract with the owner. Do I need an Ejari to raise a case?
