How can I evict a tenant who is unwilling to leave after the 12-month notice?
Dear Sir/Madam,
My tenant is not ready to move out on the last day of the 12-month notarized eviction notice.
I need the place for myself to move in as my lease ends next week. What should I do?
Dear Questioner,
The tenant is obliged to move from the property. Remind them that the legal timeframe has passed and they are legally obligated to vacate the property.
If your tenant remains unwilling to vacate after exhausting other options, your lawyer can help you file a case with the relevant eviction court or Rent Dispute Settlement Centre (RDSC).

Dear Questioner,
You can file a lawsuit before the Rental Disputes Center, to request his eviction from the apartment, as well as to demand compensation for any financial damages you suffer.
Kindly contact us for further assistance.
Dear Client,
Thanks for your question! I hope you are doing well. I will assist you in this matter. If your tenant refuses to move out after the 12-month eviction notice, serve a written notice to vacate.
If the tenant doesn't comply, file a case with the Rental Dispute Center (RDC) and attend the hearing. If the RDC rules are in your favor, they may issue an eviction order.

Dear Client,
Hope you are doing well!
Have you served the eviction notice as per the legal requirements; (1) By notary public or registered mail and (2) 12 12-month notice period?
If these conditions are satisfied, then the tenant has the legal obligation to vacate the unit. If the tenant does not vacate, you may file a case or file a complaint at the Rental Dispute Centre (RDC).
If you need any further assistance, you can reach out to us over WhatsApp or email.

Dear Questioner,
If the tenant is reluctant to leave the apartment even after the notice period of 12 months and you have compiled all the procedural aspects for eviction, you can enforce the eviction through the RDC.
