انتهى عقد العمل الخاص بي في 16 ديسمبر، ثم أرسلت خطابًا إلى الشركة يُفيد بأنني لن أجدد العقد، لكن الشركة أخبرتني أنه نظرًا لأنني لم أرسل لهم إشعارًا قبل 30 يومًا، فإنهم سيخصمون 30 يومًا من راتبي.
هل هذا الأمر يُعد قانونيًا رغم أنني أحضر للعمل وأنهيت ست سنوات من الخدمة لدى الشركة؟

س: مرحبًا مها،
أنا موظف لدى شركة خاصة بموجب عقد عمل غير محدد المدة. لقد استقلت وينص عقد العمل الخاص بي على فترة إشعار مدتها 60 يومًا، ومع ذلك، أريد العمل لمدة 30 يومًا فقط بسبب مشاكل أخرى.
تجبرني الشركة على قضاء فترة الإشعار البالغة 60 يومًا بالكامل. هل يمكنني استخدام "التعويض بدلاً من فترة الإشعار" والدفع مقابل المدة البالغة 30 يومًا المتبقية من فترة الإشعار أم هل يمكن للشركة (إذا أرادت) أن تفرض عليّ حرمانًا مدته عام واحد؟

أعمل حاليًا وسينتهي العقد في 12 يناير 2019. لم يتم تقديم أي إخطار إليّ أو طلب تجديد للعقد بشكل قانوني أو إلغائه.
ما هو العمل في حالة عدم إرسال إخطار بالتجديد مع عدم إخباري بأي شيء من قبلهم؟ هل سيجدد من تلقاء نفسه أم سينتهي العقد؟
