Sending a follow-up eviction notice referring to the old one served by the ex-owner
Dear Sir/Madam,
As the new owner, I need to send a follow-up eviction notice to the tenant, referring to the old eviction notice served by the previous owner.
How much would it cost to file a court eviction notice?

We can send the notice, but before that, we need to review the old notice sent by the previous owner, because usually there is no follow-up notice, but a case needs to be registered in court.
Please send a copy of the previous notice served to the tenant on WhatsApp or by email.
We want to review it and then only we can act accordingly.

For sending an eviction notice legally, the charge will be AED 500 for drafting, AED 500 for the POA, and 500 AED for the Notary Public attestation. In total 1500 AED.
