س: أخي في السجن منذ شهرين في أبو ظبي، الإمارات. وبتاريخ 10/2/2022 حكم القاضي بالحبس ثلاثة اشهر والترحيل من البلاد.
سؤالي هل يحسبون الأيام منذ القبض على أخي أم من يوم صدور الحكم؟

استئناف حكم ترحيل شخص بسبب تعاطي الحشيش
س: مرحبًا،
تم القبض على ابنتي من منزلنا بدبي في يوم 29 أغسطس لتعاطي المخدرات. كنا قد عدنا من الإجازة قبل ذلك بأسبوعين وقامت ابنتي بتعاطي الحشيش حينها.
والآن مرّ على حبس ابنتي شهرًا وكانت جلسة الاستماع بالأمس، وقد صدر حكمًا بتغريمها 5000 درهم بالإضافة ترحيلها من الإمارات وسوف نستأنف على هذا الحكم يوم الأحد.
والسؤال: ما تكلفة استصدار حكم بإطلاق سراحها بكفالة؟ هل يمكن إلغاء حكم الترحيل؟
نحن نعيش في دبي منذ 30 عامًا وليس لدينا مكان آخر نرسلها إليه.

I heard that one day in jail counts as two days.

Is it legal for a landlord to cut DEWA before the rental court verdict?
Hello,
I was supposed to renew my rental contract in early February, but due to harassment and threats, we agreed in rental court that we would settle and move out.
Now, while awaiting the verdict, the landlord has gone ahead and canceled DEWA.

I have leased out a shop in Dubai, but due to huge financial losses and my husband's job loss, I can't afford to pay the rent. Meanwhile, my landlord has filed a case for eviction and payment of rent.
