What happens if a tenant can't leave on the RDC's evacuation date?

What are the repercussions if a tenant is unable to vacate on the evacuation date given by RDC?
He submitted a request in the system to extend the date, which is pending approval.

It depends on the lessor; if he doesn't say anything, nothing will happen.
If he submits a request to carry out the eviction by force, the police will come to implement the decision.
