لقد تزوجنا منذ 3 سنوات وهي تسيء إليّ دائمًا نفسيًا وتصفني بكلمات سيئة.
زوجي يرفض أن يوفر لي منزلاً منفصلاً. ماذا يمكنني أن أفعل في هذا الموقف؟

س: هل يحق للزوج طرد زوجته وإلقاء أغراضها خارج المنزل؟
الزوجة أم مرضعة والزوج وأهله يضايقونها باستمرار لأنها لا تأكل جيدًا من أجل إدرار الحليب للطفل (على الرغم من أن الرضاعة الطبيعية تسير على ما يرام).
كما أنهم يواصلون تهديدها بإعادتها إلى منزل والديها إذا لم تتمكن من إرضاع طفلها. وفي نفس الوقت أيضًا، لا يريدون السماح لها بزيارة والديها. إنهم لا يريدون أن تزور الطفلة البالغة من العمر ثلاثة أشهر أجدادها.
هل هناك أي شيء قانوني يمكنها فعله لوضع حد لكل هذه المضايقات النفسية؟

Q: Dear Lawyers,
My Muslim wife filed for divorce in my absence, and when I returned to the UAE, I found that she had taken a new tenancy contract in her own name, not allowing me to live with her and our two children. She is taking Khula.
Can I force her with a criminal case to let me live with her since the divorce and custody are not finalized yet?
Can I also file a criminal case for child abduction?

A tenant damaged the property I recently purchased upon their eviction, and the security deposit does not cover all of the damages.

Is it legal for a landlord to cut DEWA before the rental court verdict?
Hello,
I was supposed to renew my rental contract in early February, but due to harassment and threats, we agreed in rental court that we would settle and move out.
Now, while awaiting the verdict, the landlord has gone ahead and canceled DEWA.

I have leased out a shop in Dubai, but due to huge financial losses and my husband's job loss, I can't afford to pay the rent. Meanwhile, my landlord has filed a case for eviction and payment of rent.
Right now, my condition is getting better as my husband has got a job and is ready to pay the rent in installments.
Can I pay in installments and hold the shop even if the judgment goes against me?

Can an employer post an employee's photo on social media, LinkedIn or Instagram, without the employee's consent?
Secondly, the employer is forcing the employee to update the company details in the employee's profile.
I believe LinkedIn and Instagram are personal profiles and one cannot be forced to update the details. This photo was taken in the office.
